Leading inspirent and the team through the crisis that followed was a significant challenge. Like most business leaders, successfully emerging from the crisis, with a business which was intact, was the priority, whilst simultaneously delivering on our purpose of supporting other business owners to do the same.

I have a passion for the world of business, or more accurately, the people who run those businesses. I began studying business in 1995 and despite some knocks along the way I have never looked back. There is nothing else I’d rather be doing than leading inspirent and the team I have the privilege of working with every day.

I provide strategic direction for all inspirent’s activities, which are to offer gold standard business support in a range of services including our Business Growth Club and Growth Acceleration Programmes, as well as consultancy to Small to Medium Enterprises. Specifically, our purpose is to provide the highest quality business support, enabling business leaders, to develop and implement successful strategies to start up, sustain and successfully grow their businesses. In the process of providing business support, we also provide thoughtful and inspiring leadership development and accountability.

With business management experience across a range of sectors, including the third sector and as a SFEDI qualified Premier Advisor I manage the collective experience and expertise within the inspirent team to deliver innovative services for the ultimate success of our clients.

At heart I am a people person, I love engaging with people and hearing their stories. Everyone has a story! When the opportunity presents itself, I still enjoy working with other business leaders to provide support, mentoring and encouragement to assist them in their roles.
