The aim of the programmes is to help SMEs within those regions to grow by helping them to access a network of expert consultancy support in areas such as Business Growth (Strategy), Marketing & Sales and Digital.

Through the programmes, eligible organisations will have access to specialist expert consultancy support which will be delivered in person and online. This support will enable organisations to progress their growth aspirations and ambitions.

Consultancy support packages are made on a tiered basis, with packages of support agreed with Business Advisors from the respective council team.

The support we offer is delivered on behalf of the Renfrewshire Council.

Our package of support includes access to your first commercial premises with manageable subsidised rental costs inclusive of Wi-Fi, utility bills and service fees, as well as on site business advice to help grow and develop your business.

Each business may lease space for up to two years with lease fees increasing gradually until it is time to relocate. When that time comes, an advisor will support you in finding the right premises to move onto, appropriate to your business needs.

Commencing January 2024, we’re offering a comprehensive 10-week programme featuring a mixture of face-to-face and online Zoom sessions.

These sessions are tailored to support ambitious South Lanarkshire based Social Enterprises or constituted Enterprising Third Sector Organisations, who are keen to achieve growth and/or further develop their services.

Participants will receive a wealth of insight and support from our industry experts, across different themed workshops and one-to-ones. All sessions are structured to help you identify and apply the necessary changes that your organisation and the community you serve, need to thrive.
